Questions about pairing up speakers

So I was wondering if it is ok to pair up a single monitor 70 with a single monitor 70 series 2 as the two front speakers?

Speakers:
Fronts: Polk Audio Monitor 70s (x2)
Rears: Polk Audio Monitor 50 (x2)
Center: Polk Audio Monitor 70
KLH Sub GFX-550

    No one knows? I tried searching for the answer and I think it doesn't matter, but I wanted to get a confirm from you all first.

    I think they are basically the same except the series 1 has a silver front face behind the grill whereas the series 2 has black
    Front Speakers: Polk Audio LSi15 x 2
    Center Speaker: Polk Audio LSiC
    Rear Speakers: Polk Audio LSiF/X x 2
    Subwoofers: Polk Audio PSW505 x 2
    AVR: Denon AVR-3313CI
    Amp: Emotiva XPA-5
