Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

For me I would go Rotel all day. Between the two just go listen you have two very good contenders there.

I own both at the moment, and really like both, but my nod would go to the Rotel in the long run, for both SQ and longevity.Testing

Great, So Rotel seems to be the way to go. What about the $300 is that a fair price?, of course I'm gonna haggle a bit but I have no Idea what its worth.Oh, Listen here mister. Same here. Actually at the moment I own both the 991 and 993 HT/ set-up. have the 993 for sale in the FM for much more than $300 because it's great shape and 200 w x 3 channels. So $300 is great price for that. $300 is about the going rate for the 991. If they are in good shape, I would pay up to $350 for the 991 and $400 + for the 993
Rotel makes great sounding amps IMOMain Rig:

I missed the boat on the rotels, they sold before I could get an ear on them. I purchased a ATI 1202 this morning. Thanks for the responses.Oh, Listen here mister.
