are these worth the asking price

so after hearing so much about SDAs I found what appears to be the babies of the group. Polk SDA CRs @$250.0
Now these have 2 tweeters and what look like 2 6" drivers in front and a passive in the back .Also it does come w/ the IC cord and does give the left /right orientation. Are these the 1st step into SDA and again @ $250 even worth looking at. North JerseyC/L

    Those look like they are in really good shape. I would offer him $200-225 and see what he'll take. They would definitely be worth that. I have a pair that are MINT and I paid $200 for them. I would easily pay up to $250 for them if I had too. I lot of people prefer the later CRS+ version with the single tweeter. I have the same model as the ones you are looking at (original CRSs) and I think they sound quite good. Jump on them and see what the SDA fuss is all about!

    Yeah, +1 on the advice above LW. I'd try to get him as low as possible, I owned these for awhile and you should enjoy them. If you don't, it should be pretty easy to move them along. Good luck!

    first time I saw the AD had price of $100 (somewhere there), the price quickly went up to $400 and came down fast....do offer $200 like everyone else says....
