Hello All,

I have run into a big (well big to me anyway) problem..
My RM7500 set, One of the Sats stopped working.. upon
inspecting it everything is fine except the Driver/Woofer
in it.. it has a number on it of "MM5522" How much would one of these cost? It would fall under warranty as I have only had the set about 2 years or so.. Bought them from a authorized dealer.

I will try to call Polks Service after the Holidays but thought some of you on here may let me know how there service is? also if you know the cost of or have any of them??

Now I know why I was not hearing the rears as good as I used too.... I always blamed it on my hearing. LoL!

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!!
Tis The Season To Be Giving..... Right? Ok then I need a new
driver for my speaker.. LoL..

Talk to ken swauger, so far from all that I have seen the customer service is #1. I have not used it myself but others have on this forum and as near as I can tell they have all been happy campers.

    Happy Holidays,

I have had the pleasure of dealing with the service dept. They are VERY helpful. I once was having a party and REALLY needed to use some speakers that I had to replace a driver in. They allowed me to 2nd day the driver to them and they inturn shipped it back same same. I had my part within four days and was ROCKIN.

    ABSOLUTE PLEASURE.
