As I read more about DSD technology and the DACs that implement it I am convinced that DSD is going to be the nextbiggest thing in online streaming and audio download technology. Many that have experienced it are saying that finally digital can sound like analog.
I thought I would post this link to youtube. Even over my laptop speakers I can hear the quality of DSD.

Some of us DIY'ers have been listening to DSD through our DAC's for quite some time. Either exporting native DSD from a modded SACD player or with USB to I2S/DSD modules. Nice to see more DSD capable offerings. Many DAC chips decode DSD but the manufacturers don't have the option for you to do it.
Exasound is another DAC that will do DSD. These folks started by offering a really good USB to I2S module, the exaU21.

DSD Guide lists some pay and free DSD download sites.

I have the highest regard for Blue Coast Records recordings but DSD albums at ~ $50 will sure limit my buying. Channel Classics has reasonably priced DSD downloads. Great stuff but I don’t always find what I may want to listen to. I think there could be a great future for DSD music downloads but it ain't here yet....for me anyway.
Blue Coast is offering a $200 coupon for music if you purchase a Mytek player.
