Famous cellist dies

Sad news, cellist Janos Starker died the end of April. His Mercury Living Presence recordings are among my favorites and capture a virtuoso performer with amazing realism.

    Very sad indeed, check out Steven Sharp Nelson of The Piano Guys, one of my favorite cellists. Pretty contemporary but he can make his instrument sing.
