A new one that just got for free for the i-phone and a Dishnetwork subscriber with a slingbox is the Dish Anywhere app. You can watch any program on your DVR or any program that is playing from anywhere you have a cell or WiFi connection. You can also program the DVR remotely whenever you are away from home. Pretty handy if you are a Dish subscriber. The Slingbox is only $50 and there are no other charges.

I just bought one ($1.99) for my iphone4 called "RISE." It's a very cool alarm clock that is much simpler to set than the alarm on the cell. I love this thing.

"Brightest Flashlight" uses the LED on your phone as a flashlight. Works great for when your working above a dropped ceiling, or trying to see inside an hvac unit.

I found a cool one called "cam me" for iphone. Turns the camera on, and you can trigger it by waving your hand. Of course, the yamaha app that can network to my receiver is also a god send.
