Is there any chance I would be able to use all of this together? Or is the amp not powerful enough?

    I don't think that amp is really designed for home audio use; I can't really tell from the link how it's designed to be used other than by kids raising their hands...

    What about a standard multi-channel receiver to drive the speakers, and it would already have a subwoofer out?

    It seems like you should consult a professional A/V installer who would have the expertise and access to the right equipment to install a whole house/in-wall music setup. Are you up to the task of cutting holes in drywall, fishing cables, and refinishing the walls ?
