Looks like the golf courses in Montreal will become very busy! In that round Sens scored a total of 20 goals vs 9 for the Habs! enjoy the greens!

    <-- Boston Fan...
    Sedin Biatches....OUT
    PK Subban....OUT
The rest of the playoffs is now gravy for me.
Where’s the KABOOM?!?! There’s supposed to be an Earth shattering KABOOM!!!

Gravy?? I hope so but have some concern this morning. In a way it's nice to see the Bruins entertain us more but WTF get some rest because they are going to need it.

This has been a great series to watch. Personally I am a Leaf fan but regardless of who triumphs, it's been great hockey. I love when these two old rivals play each other.

Not unhappy the Habs are out.

They're a 7game series type of team! They like to get the early lead, under estimate their opponent, get into an "OH $HIT" moment, then rise to the occasion. Typical Bruins.

I have to agree with you on this one. I'd rather watch an entertaining series than a blow out unless it's the Red Sox blowing away the Yankoff's

But it means the Sharks now play LA, which is in the same time zone and a couple of hours away.

Wow...Rangers take the Caps in Game 7 (a 5-0 beating) and win the series (first ever road win in a Game 7 in Rangers history). Now it is time to beat the Bruins. It should be a great series, matching 2 of the original 6 NHL teams. Let's Go Rangers!!

All i heard about all day was the game that i didn't stay up to watch...Awesome finish to an up and down series!!

Now, knowing that PK and Van Reimsdyke are both playing golf right now makes me happy.

That it should! Rangers had 2 wins over the B's 1 games during the regular season.

Sharks lost the opener against the Kings. They played pretty good, but Quick was better.

Sharks down two games. They were ahead 3/2 with two minutes left, and then took two penalties. Next thing you know the Kings win 4/3. Sucks. That is the first time in a long time I got mad over a game.

Not looking good for the Sharks. They don't have the accuracy or intensity that they had in the first series. Sometimes it seems like it's an entirely different team.

Comon guys, refocus for game three tomorrow!!

ok, I was not going to post today because I only post when the Rangers win, lol, and the Rangers lost last night. Of course, I was bummed at the loss but the Bruins deserved to win because they completely dominated the Rangers in overtime. I didn't follow hockey too much during the regular season and did not see any Bruins games at all but the Bruins have some really good players, especially on defense. Chara (I hope I got his name correct) is a beast. Funny thing too..I had no idea Jagr was back playing in the NHL. How old is he? Last I heard was that, after playing with the Rangers a few years ago (and he was old and past his prime at that time), he was playing somewhere in Russia. Wow, he is just like that Energizer Bunny...

Let's hope for a better result on Sunday from the Rangers. They need to find a way to win on the road and cannot only win home games at MSG. Let's Go Rangers!

The Bruins/Rangers game was dismal at best. Those two teams can play a lot better hockey than that. I know, i've seen it.
the Bruins have some really good players, especially on defense
They do, too bad Seidenberg is day-today-day. The Chara/Seidenberg defensive pair is one of the best in the league.
Bruins don't have the "stud" like most other teams have. They don't have a 90...100 point guy. The team is quite balanced making for depth.

I'm still hoping the Sharks can pull it together in the west as i still want Jumbo to at least play for the cup.

    Hat trick for Crosby

    Pens 4, Sens 3

    Pittsburgh leads series 2-0

Sens must now win 4 out of 5 from Pittsburgh, no easy task. Probably more than the Sens can do

Sharks hang on and win game 3 in OT. Series now 2-1, LA. Hopefully, I get to keep my playoff beard for another week.

Pens lead the series with the Sens 3-1.

The Sens must now win 3 straight, including two in Pittsburgh. Tall order.

Sharks lose game 5, so now it is 3-2 LA. Sharks need to win the next two to advance, but even if they do they will be beat-up and exhausted. But you never know, so let's stay positive.

Sharks win game 6. Game 7 in LA. It is about time for LA's winning streak at home to come to an end.

It won't happen this year. Sens are a good young team but the Pens have more talent and depth.

Pens and Bruins in the Semi's.

Indeed. Another year, another elimination. While Niemi is a good goalie, it does seem that he gives up an easy goal all the time. Of course, the other guys are supposed to score goals. Oh well, I guess it is time to shave. Go LA.
