Suitable amp for Clark platinum transducer?

Hi all, I need advice to see if this buttkicker amp is enough to power my Clark platinum transducer which has the
following recommended amplication.......
Clark Platinum
Continuous power handling: 135 watts Impedance: 4 ohms Overload Protection: Polyswitch Frequency Response: 5Hz to 17kHz Electrical Connecion: 3ft. - 16 guage,
2 wire Dimensions: 8 in. diam. x 2.25 in. high Recommended Amplification: 125 - 150 watts at 4 ohms
And the *Buttkicker Power Amplifier BKA300-4 NW
Power Output: 300 watts rms @ 4 ohms / 150 watts rms @ 2 ohms - 120V / 240V Convertible
Frequency Response: 10-300Hz

I have ordered the buttkicker amp now anyway im sure it will do the job anyway
