Epik Legend Setup

I'm pretty stoked  about picking up a pair of Epik Legends on Thursday to replace my current SVS PB12-Plus/2. I've been watching for a couple specific subs to come up for sale and finally hit the jackpot on some Legends. I know I need multiple subs for my set up to eliminate nodes and get more punch in a >5000 ft3 room. I will be using just a "Y" splitter on the Sub Out on the SC-07 for now until I decide/find/afford some bass management equipment like a SMS-1 or other.
Since the Epiks are sealed and the Rti12 are ported, should the phases be set any different between them?
I will most likely end up with one Legend in the front and the second towards the back, should the sub in back have a different phase setting?
Is there a specific sub crawl process for multiple subs?
And yes, I will be listing my SVS for sale in the next couple days....

Anyone having amp problems with Epik subs, especially Legends? I see some posts on the internet about amp rattling or failures, but how wide spread is this?Parasound HCA-2003A & 2205A

Go to the EPIK section on the AVSFORUM. There's a couple but mostly complaints about how the owner is MIA and people aren't able to get their subs fixed.
As far as performance I think you'll be giving up some of your low end to get Even bass throughout the room. -
Lot of boom you just bought. Congradulations, I hope they bring you years of enjoyment.
If it were me,I would probably hold on to those SVS's for a month or 2. I personally hate it when I sell something that I wish I had kept. Even though the Epiks may be everything you think they will be, hopefully even more, you never know. -
Let us know how you like them vs. the SVS.2.2 Office Setup | LG 29UB55 21:9 UltraWide | HP Probook 630 G8 | Dell Latitude | Cabasse Stream Amp 100 | Boston Acoustics VS 240 | AUDIORAX Desk Stands | Mirage Omni S8 sub1 | Mirage Omni S8 Sub2

I think you will lose output for sure going with the Legends, but I could be wrong. The SMS-1 is certainly the sweet spot. Have you checked AVS, Audiogon for sales? Without a doubt congrats on the purchase. Def compare the two, since we have similar setups. I'm running a pair of the SVS PB12/plus 2.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
