Polk Cobra speaker cables?

While looking for Kimber cables, I noticed a couple Ebay auction items that look familiar, but I'm not sure if they are actually Polk Cobra speaker cables or something else. The owner doesn't identify either set by name.
No affiliation, and I'm not looking to buy either set. But, if they are Polk cables then the available lengths are quite rare and could be worth something or be turned into a few sets of cables:
