I couldn't imagine seeing the bones in your arms because it was so bright, and that isn't even facing it. I feel sorry for the people who were told that it was ok and not to worry about radiation.

    It is amazing what society seems is a good idea at one time is later understood to be a bad idea. Wasn't there an aspect of WW2 about using using humans as guinea pigs?

    Well, times change as society marches on. Hopefully this thread will not be removed as was my Sorority Girl Rant thread, since it is a history lesson. If you can't learn from history then you will repeat it. Or something to that effect.

    Absolutely !!

    Thing is, to learn from history you have to be taught history. Without the spin, or leaving certain parts out. Of course the other way to learn is by way of experience but if thats the case then each generation would need to experience the same things over and over again.
