    Thanks for the quick response.

I hear you Scott. I will only buy from people who have over 1000 positive feed back ratings. Last week I bought 3 pair of polk RC65i's (in walls) for a really good price, brand new. My first ever purchase from any auction.

It's best to be very cautious within the ebay environment. I'm fond of recalling the painstaking process that I followed in making my first, but certainly not last, purchase of a *mint* "Double Donger." NIB, very nicely packed and shipped. It certainly pays off to exercise due diligence when making these types of transactions. Good luck, and I hope that helped.

    Hello Shell,

Ideas such as ebay and ubid are good, but again when it comes to large transactions, please exercise some caution. Sellers with 1000 plus +ve feedbacks does not necessarily mean so.

Please read some very interesting articles regarding ebay and escrow on msnbc.com at this link:

    http://msnbc.msn.com/Default.aspx?id=3038441&p1=0

It will give you an idea of what can happen in big transactions and make you a little more wary of sending your money electronically to some individual you have never known before. You will also get an insight as to how the ebay fraud dept. is not very caring for people who have lost their money.

    Good luck.
