Club Polk's Messaging Feature - Sent Folder is always Empty

If someone sends you a message to your PM box here in Club Polk, and you reply to it... Wouldn't that reply be in your sent Folder?
Am I missing something here? I've responded to a PM from another member and replied to it, but if he doesn't reply to my reply, I have no record that I ever replied to him.
Making I have a parameter set that says "Delete all sent Messages instantly".
Any help in wrapping my mind around this feature of Club Polk's messaging system would be greatly appreciated.
TIA

Thanks for the quick reply. I see it at the way bottom of the window. Looks like you have to check it at least once when sending a reply or a message. Maybe it stays checked as a default after the first time you check it.

You can set the box to be checked by default. This setting is under "General Settings" under "My Settings" in your account.2.1: PC>Schiit Gungnir MB>Schiit Freya Noval>NAD C-270>Ascend Acoustics Sierra-1, HSU STF-2 5.1: HDMI Bitstream>Denon AVR-1910>polkaudio RTE55, CS350-LS, RT3, HSU STF-2, Visio M55-F0
