Wanted: Parasound 2100 pre amp

I am looking for a Parasound 2100 pre amp in excellent cosmetic and working condition.

I recently got a Parasoud HCA 1200 power amp and, after much research, have decided to match that with a Parasound 2100 pre to drive my Polk SDA 2B TL speakers.

Please pm me with details if anyone has a nice Parasound 2100 pre amp for sale.

    I am looking for a Parasound 2100 to go with my Parasound HCA 1200 power amp.

    I ended up keeping my HCA 1200 as I did all I could to sell it recently on here at a great price but it had no takers.

    saw the one on ebay. i have one in my rig not for sale, it is a very nice unit. Allows you to do a lot of things. GLWTS tho I found mine about a month ago, and am totally pleased with it.

    Thorton, Mikey: Thanks. The one on ebay looks nice. I will put a bid in and hope it does not get too high.
    They do not come up that often on ebay or other used sites.

    DForeman, Amazon (actually 3rd party vendor via Amazon) sells it new for $559 so, if I cannot find a nice used unit for $400 or under, I will keep on saving up the money and get a new one.

    Not sure why has to be 2100 model since your 1500A is discontinued model from 1999-2004. What about some discontinued model like AVC 2500 that might match your 1500A? PM me if you interested.

    Unfortunately I just missed out on it! The ending bid was $380 with $35 shipping so the total cost ended up being $415.
    I was hoping to get it (total with shipping) close to $400 and just missed out. Damn, the search goes on!

    Because for 2 channel music the 2100 is superior in every way to the AVC2500.
