Rockford Fosgate Amps

I am going to put a GNX104 in my car. Recommended watts is 175 RMS and I was looking for 200 because its in a sealed enclosure. I came across these two Rockford Fosgate amps. This one is $130. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3064429801&category=39737
Its 87.5 watts for 2 channels at 4 ohms but the bridged is 350. Anyone know if that is how much it actually puts out? Wondering if any of you have had any problems with your Fosgates or are satisfied with them. It seems pretty cheap for how much power its putting out.
They have the newer model for $145. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3065937704&category=39737
This one is 90 watts for 2 channels and bridged is still 350. I dont know if there any differences between the two other than the design.
Would either of these amps be pushing my sub too much? If not, anything I should be careful of doing to not blow my speaker out? Im trying to figure out if the amp will work well with my sub and to make sure Im running the right amount of power. Any comments and suggestions would be appreciated

IF that gnx has as 4 ohm impedance, which i think it does, then both of those amps will blow that sub
those amps will put out around 400 watts rms
400 watts to a 175 watt sub= bad
lol
Rockford Fosgate is a good brand though
i had one die out on me, but it was my fault
i have 3 in my truck right now, soon to add another, the 350S actually...
but what you need is the 201S
200 watts by 4 ohms
you can get it here at ikesound for $99
but if you go to www.carstereotime.com , they will beat their price by 5%
both have 1 year warranties through the website

Oh....you mean like lightning and stinger
Go RF go -
I know of a place where you can get a :
1 Farad cap $75.80
1.5 farad cap $99.90
2 Farad cap $138.90
+ shipping.
They also have models with Volt gauges on them. These caps dont have a Big name on them. But they do work fine. Used them in my previous car. As well as my current car. The website is:
2 gauge wire $1.85 ft for example.

just got a power 551s to power my gnx124s. 140watts per chanel @4ohms. wouldn't expect them to blow. 500 watt rating is bridged in single 4ohm load.
