Pro-Audio Amps that have worked for you (when budget is and used aren't options)

I just wanted to post a thread for those who might be otherwise curious:
I run with a Yamaha PS2500 (after a Marantz Monoblock failed on me). I picked it up for less than $400 new with warranty and had 30 days to try it out. My LSi 9's are driven with them. The Yamaha is quiet and more than suitable in room if you want and the aesthetic, while not beautiful, isn't garish either IMO.
I run a Behringer EPX 2000 for my sub. It does a stellar job.
So post any Pro-audio or affordable consumer amps for those that may have the desire for great audio but have to mind the pennies and may not want to chance used (no warranty) gear.

I've seen a lot of people running the newer Crown amps (the Drivecore series) for 2-channel setups. I'm running a XLS-1500 to power my SVS sub and Buttkicker LFE, but I've never tried it to power my mains.Equipment list:
Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
Epson 8500UB 1080p projector

Could you try and report back? I have certainly seen the threads about the DriveCores. I thought the SVS had a plate amp?

Before they had finalized the amps for the original PC+ line, SVS sold passive subs with no built-in amps (the CS and CS+ line), which they would package together with pro amps. When I first bought mine from SVS, it came with a Samson 1000 rackmount amp (500w/ch) and an ART-351 EQ. The other option was a Crown K1, which was more expensive. Since then, I've ditched the Samson for the Crown and upgraded the original dB12.1 driver to the dB12.3.Equipment list:
