need a CD cleaner

My 7 yr old Yamaha Cd player needs a good cleaning.
Saw a few that have burshes on the cleaning CD ect.

Anything good? or to stay away from? Thanx!

    I've read that the best thing to use is a camera lens brush and canned air. I would avoid, at all cost, those CD's that have the brush mounted.
