I am looking for a little insight on digital processing. I am running a Denon 380 HDCD cd player with a Monarchy Audio DIP 24/96, and a Musical Fidelity X-24K DAC through a Kenwood KC-Z1 pre-amp. Can someone tell me if the pre-amp's processor nullifies all the processing between the source and the pre-amp. Can there truly be to much processing?
