Nice for the price. You have to have the battery and the noise cancelling on to get sound. They fit well in my ears and were of very nice quality. Thinking about getting a pair.
They are quite natural sounding, but have a heavier emphasis in bass than I'm accustomed to.
I have these and the UltraFit 3000s which have a very similar sound. Unless you absolutely want active noise cancelling all the time, I would suggest the UltraFit 3000s which can be found for $80. The noise isolation on the UltraFits are good enough for me. (Probably the only time I would prefer active noise cancelling is on a plane and then I would want over the ear phones.) They do have a bass emphasis that you can tune a little with trying different eartips. The comfort of fit definitely varies from person to person, but I find these to be the most comfortable in ear models that I have tried. -

Hmm, didn't realize they were in ear, as I didn't click through the link yesterday. Though that may be more quiet than my circumaural Audio-Technicas; I honestly don't know.
