Has anyone ever owned these or heard these?

There is a pair for sale locally and I will probably go and listen to them.

    Never heard but they are getting very expensive and collectible.
    If you get them for good price, it'll be good investment.
    Surrounds may be gone/rotted if not replaced specially on the PR.
