Looking for good cheap tuner...

..new or used, to go with the equipment in my sig. Looks don't really matter, just performance. I want good/great reception for local news and sports broadcasts (some of which are now available on FM as well as AM). Don't want to spend more than $150 if possible. All suggestions welcome. Thanks for help.
