Ok up for grabs are some Telefunken Amperex Mullard 12AX7 Tubes.
5- Telefunken ECC83/12AX7 long smooth plate tubes labeled The Fisher with the Diamond in the bottom of tubes. $40.00 each + shipping
3- Mullard ECC83/12AX7 tubes Labeled The Fisher all with Blackburn codes made in 1965 $40.00 each + shipping
1- Amperex ECC83/12AX7 tube Bugle Boy type with long plates and foil D getter made in 1957 $75.00 + shipping
These all have very nice printing on them and they have all tested good between 77% to 85% of new which means thousands of hours left on these tubes.

Well, I just pulled off the impossible by doing a double-blind comparison all by myself, purely by virtue of the fact that I completely and stupidly forgot what I did last. I guess that getting old does have its advantages after all

Do you mean in an amp/ preamp for microphonics or on a tube tester? These were all tested on a Hickock TV7 tube tester and they ranged from 1900 Micromhos to 2100 Micromhos which is roughly 77% to 85% of new tubes. Considering that these tubes are known to run 10,000 hours plus some claim up to 30,000 hours there is virtually a lifetime of use left on these tubes.

I have a couple of Fisher pieces that I can use these in. Nice coincidence they are labeled Fisher. I do have a few of these now. However, I am a tube **** and more is always better.!!Carl
