Yes, it is official. I will be receiving a quad of EAT KT88 tubes. Below is the message I received from PrimaLuna this morning.

I will post pics and impressions as soon as I receive them.

    Good deal Tracy, congrats! Sorry I didn't vote the last few days. I had to come home for medical reasons and I have trouble logging on to Facebook with my home computer for some reason. I can't wait to here what you think of the new tubes and how they compare to the Treasures. Btw, what's the verdict on the Psvane 6CA7s?

    That was one of the things PrimaLuna requested as well. Not a lot out there on EAT KT88s, I hope this is one of those cases where the sound quality equals the cost.

    What sort of life expectancy can one expect out of a set of tubes like these ? A lot depends on how they're used, but what would be a reasonable expectation ?
