Line conditioner for just phone/ethernet

I am looking for something that is just for Ethernet or phone lines. I am wanting to put a filter on my Uverse service which comes into my apartment in the master bedroom via a phone line. From there it gets converted at the main hub from phone to Ethernet. From there it gets to the rest of my setup via wall jacks.

I am hoping to filter it as a phone line before it goes to the main hub, but am open to just filtering it for my main setup.

    Call AT&T and ask if there's a filter that could be added to the DMark.
