Is HK Citation 22 a common ground amp?

As required by my SDA SRS 2... is this amp common ground?
thanks to anybody that knows.
And would $300 be a good used price?

    For archival benefit.... Is the HK Citation 22 a common ground amp? Yes it is. I measured less than .5 ohm resistance between negative posts, yesterday. Confirmed, its Common Ground. And sounds awesome with my SDA SRS2. Thanks FTGV for giving me the confidence to take my DMM over to the seller to make sure before I bought. She at home and in my stall now...
