The other day they have a pair of Phase Technology PC80's for 9.99 at local Goodwill but the drivers were in really bad shape. I have to turn around and walk away...........

    Monitor 12s do not come up for sale too often and they seem to be in great shape so I think $200 - $250 is a fair price. I know that Mystery, on this forum, just got a pair of Monitor 12s recently and he loves the sound of them. You need to decide how badly you want them and act quickly if you do because it may be a while before you find another pair. They are a somewhat rare model and, from what I have heard, are well worth it (although I have never heard them myself).
