I already have a Blu-ray player but I'm not happy with it's Musical CD performance..

Well I bought it anyway based on the reviews regarding its DVD-Audio and SACD Quality..
I noticed an immediate improvement over my Panasonic Bluray player..which was my goal anyway.

Cambridge makes some good stuff. Panasonic makes some good video players but were never really up on the cd/scad quality. I am glad you noticed a difference!!!!

    Thanks Erniejade..
After a few days of listening to cd's I can say I really like the sound of this Cambridge DVD99
The sound is just very nice everything seems easier to listen to, I'm not good at describing what I hear, but I do like what I'm hearing now..
As opposed to the Panasonic player, one thing I never tried was to use rca's on the Panny instead of listening to it using HDMI..
I'm not even sure of the hook ups on the Panny, oh well maybe another day..
