Hmmm. I would have guessed you were an NFL fan from Minnesota who was born in '64, or you went to a high school that has a Viking mascot like I did.

I got my screen name when I was trying to register on audiogon so I could buy an amp that was within driving distance. Every name I chose audiogon said invalid screen name, so I put invalid in and it worked, so I just started using the name.

I appreciate your contribution to Club Polk but sometimes when you say things that are irritating to me I secretly whisper "said the invalid" (pronounced 'in vuh lid"). but it's in secret. No one really knows...

"Neon Knights"…... would be a good screen name 🤔👍

BTW on Prime and Paramount+ is the documentary
    "Dio - Dreamers Never Die".

    I like this thread.

As a 5 year old kid in 1952, a Blue Bird Bus made in Georgia took me to my first day of school. I remember the Blue Bird name and logo on the bus being a "why" mystery for me for a long time. Living in the country on 50 acres with farmland, there were many Bluebirds and my dad was always talking about them. Unfortunately, I did kill a Bluebird resting on our TV antenna with my Daisy BB riffle at a later young age. I was terrified that my dad would find out so I buried the bird in my dad's garden. Bluebirds became my favorite bird after that.

Only Sigmund Freud could answer the questions regarding my feelings associated with "BlueBird", but when I joined the Forum, I decided on "BlueBird+Music" as my username. I had never used "BlueBird" as a username previously anywhere.

One day at Goodwill during the past 7-9 years, I saw a vintage Bluebird 45 RPM record. I had never heard of the Bluebird label. It became my picture.

My wife's grandfather was an engineer for KenRad. My wife was part of the team that built the last vacuum tubes manufactured here in 1993.

I had thought the plant was gone earlier than that, thanks for the info. Some EXCELLENT tubes came out of that plant, well, that is before GE got ahold of it.... :#B)

Nightmare Before Christmas is a favorite film of mine. Main character is Jack Skellington a.k.a. The Pumpkinking. I’m sure you can figure out the rest.
