Black Polk T90e floorstanding speakers - LOCAL ONLY

For Sale is a set of used Polk T90e speakers. They are basically the equivalent of Polk Monitor 60's, just the European version. They are in pretty decent condition and have had them about 2 years. The last year or so they have sat unused and the wife finally gave the go ahead to sell em.

I will get pics posted later. For those who know me and have dealt with me in the past, I take good care of my stuff. These speakers were never pushed hard, and were driven mostly by a Carver AV-705x amp.

Please note: They are both black, however they have 2 different finishes. One has a black vinly wood vener, the other is a flat black color. Its not that noticeable as it took me over a year and a half to notice the difference and it was only because they were side by side.

Local pickup only. I will NOT ship these, dont have boxes, dont want to deal with the hassle. Polkie price is 125 FIRM, cash upon pickup, or PayPal gift. I paid about 300 for the pair when new so I am not trying to make a killing off these. I am NOT LOOKING FOR TRADES. Need cash to justify a purchase I am making this weekend.

PM me if your interested, and also please post in this thread. Thanks!

Hey, whatever Dan and Travis do has to be out in the open. Actually, for a cool ten bucks I'll film it for everyone and post it in the vid thread. Now who is willing to pony up the scratch??

Cody you can film it, but you'd have to pay for gas from tri-cities to somewhere in the middle on the way to indy. Guys if someone local wants to buy these, jump in. I'm going to talk to Dan about a possible trade and would have to make a road trip to maybe Lexington which would be half way for both of us. Doubt it will work so cash is always king.

She gave the go ahead to get rid of em. She got tired of seeing them sit in my office unused taking up space.

I was waiting for her go-ahead ..

Sorry we couldn't make it work Dan. Best of luck with the sale. Someone's getting a great deal.

These are now the property of daboyz.

It was nice meeting you Dave. Hope the speakers serve you well. Glad we were able to make things work.

    Nice!

Yup, the wife and kiddo made the trip with me. We met up about halfway between the two of us. We ate at Hooters and then headed back. Was a good test trip for the kiddo to see how she will handle long roadtrips and she did pretty darn good.

Now I have the cash to pick up the Harman Kardon Citation 11 pre-amp. Might also make a another pickup.

Thanks, Dan! They're very nice and sound pretty good. For the price and what I'm using them for it was a no brainer.

The little one seemed pretty content and was snoring away when we met up so I think she'll be just fine to go to Wisconsin. Thanks again and remember I want to hear about how that Citation sounds.

Yup, and PS the Citation sounds quite good, but the TGP is a bit better with its newer parts......

The Citation is a very nice phono pre though with EQ it can make things sound very nice!
