IE10: Any issues I should be concerned with?

Windows Update has IE10 in the que, but I'm not sure I'm ready for it. I don't want ANY issues, with ANYTHING, after I install it. I'm already having issues with Flash Player stalling in the middle of vid's.:confused:
Any warnings I need to know about?

    I have issues with ebay messages and that's the extent so far. They simply don't load...

    Yes its internet explorer. Its only good for one thing. Downloading another browser.
