Im looking to go at a new system a different way this time.

I began my old system getting speakers and eventually buying good adcom electronics, but no high quality source, this time im thinkin to go source, then build out.

This could be a start, i have heard good things before about the company, and have read the same googling this one after seeing this for sale.

Any opinions, advice etc., both on quality of unit, as well as price in very good to excellent cond. would be appreciated.

That's one of their older entry level models. Still, it's a good CDP.

MF are good values - you can find some very good deals on used gear.

I have a MF A5 Int that has served me well.

Just be aware though that if you ever need service on one it may be very hard to find a MF authorized repair shop in the US.
