    I have a set of mint sl2000 that came out of my 5j. I wouldn't be in a hurry to sell mine for less than 50 shipped.

    We can work something out, never bought anything here before, not sure the procedure if there is one, I do need 2 sl2000's. Got any pictures of them? here's the ones I'm replacing. 3rd down from the top.Attachment not found.

    Yeah, thats a nasty looking dust cover in that picture, five of them look like that from the fire.

    You're looking to replace the tweeters, not the MWs, aren't you?

    The SL2000s are the tweeters, not the drivers with the destroyed dust caps in your picture. (I don't mean to be insulting here, but I want to be sure that we are talking about the right items, because I have no "spare" MWs.)

    I have 12 SL2000 tweeters (4 from my 1Cs, 8 from my SRSs). They were all replaced with new RDO194s, and they were all in working condition and cosmetically excellent when I removed them.

    If you want to buy two or more, I'll gladly send you pictures.

    I've never sold anything on the Forum before, but I've made a few purchases -- mostly from Trey at Vr3 Mods. The easiest way to do it, in my opinion, is through a PayPal transfer. But if you prefer to send a USPS money order, that can work, too.

    Just PM me with your preferences.

    I'm a newbie and will go thru the pm thing, I do need the 2 tweeters and your comment on the dust was fine, they look like crap to me so no insult taken here. I might be interested in 4 tweeters actually. Thanks

    I am considering it down the road. Question for you? If all sl2000's are switched to the RD0194's is it a simple tweeter replacement or are there any modifications to the crossover required?

    Then, I took the 1Cs apart for crossover mods, and I still haven't got them put back together! :sad:

    But, I'll get it done soon.
