Wooshing Sound

Good afternoon,
I have just hooked up my new SurroundBar 3000 and have a wooshing sound coming out of the speaker. How can I eliminate this?

    Do you live close to the Ocean? If so you might have to Move..

    Is anything turned on playing CD, TV or?
