Any of those are fine, I think monster is a little overpriced but any decent shielded cable with good tight connections will be good.

Blue Jean sells a decent sub cable at a great price: http://www.bluejeanscable.com/store/subwoofer/index.htm

If you're using the plastic ended junk you get with components, you are losing a lot of information as well as introducing all kinds of RF interference etc. At a VERY minimum use some Radio Shack golds. Wiring is still cheap but the RCA's are decent. The MAINE System

Because 'subwoofer' cables are often rather long, the most important single factor is low end-to-end resistance. Low end-to-end resistance is achieved by using a very heavy braided shield. The other important factors are good interference shielding and low capacitance.
For a long paper on these factors, see:

For some real world examples, see:

Another vote for BJ. I was one of those "cables BLAH", but I won't ever run anything but on my subs. Except maybe my AQ's
Damn good cables, you'll enjoy.I should've listened way back in 2008, they told me I'd go broke... they were right
