dipole or bipole?

just wondering whats the superior opton for surrounds?
Wish I was a polkologist then I could call my self Dr.warviper.

    really whichever one sounds better for your particular needs.... both sound good.. the only difference between the two is where you have your surrounds place and how the sound pattern comes from those surrounds. ..

    if they are on a wall behing you.. facing foward.. use bipole

    if they are on the side of you. use dipole.

    but this is only what's recommended.. play with both settings... and play with both locations.. whichever one you like is the correct setting and location..

    i run mine bipole. it's what sounds best to me in my particular setup.
