Just checking to see what other members have to say. We have had Netflix (basic) for several months and just took the free week of huluPlus trial, and I think I like it better then NetFlix?? Catching up on a couple new TV series that are pretty cool and movies up the wing wang. Not sure which has better quality picture/sound, both look pretty close to me. Say you??

Hulu for TV, Netflix for movies

Hulu+ is better for current TV shows, none of which are on Netflix. It does, however, have a good library of TV shows that aired mainly before 2012. There's thousands of movies, only about 100 of which I actually cared much about.
Netflix has no commercials, which for me, is a huge plus, and the menu is easier to navigate for me. -
Commercials during movies will kill it for me. HATE em!"if it's not fun, it's not worth it & remember folks, "It's All About The Music"!!

I like the Ruko2. Last I looked they had more channels and got higher ratings.

I like Amazon's "Prime".
Along with the many choices of free movies and tv series, you get two day free shipping when you order something from them. Easy to navigate, and quality isn't bad either.
Netflix pissed me off when they suddenly started charging extra for streaming, when it was included with the package when I signed up with them. I still get BD discs by mail, but refuse to pay extra for streaming from them. They won't even give me the free month of streaming, since I'm already a paying customer.Samsung HL61A750 LED DLP

Yeah, I hate it when people won't give me stuff for free, it really pisses me off...

I think Roku is a device, not a service.

Yup. That's how I use them, and fill in the gaps with Amazon as it has some of both. -
I like that Netflix does not have commercials. But you can't beat the price of both if you want to cut the cord.

We have Netflix and recently we got a vpn so I can now get Netflix us which is much better than Canada. I heard getting hulu up here is difficult to do but possible

I use both with a little Amazon in the mix since its free as a Prime Member. Best thig since sliced bread, Japanese TV is so tiresome. Roku2 ftw.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!

I use both Netflix and Amazon Prime for streaming movies. I hated constantly sending dvds back and forth, so I dropped that side of my Netflix subscription. I tired quickly of hulu, but ymmv.2007 Club Polk Football Pool Champ
