Got to hear a pair of these at the local hi-end store. Best bookies I have ever heard by far. Unbelievable sound. Just blown away. Powered by a Rotel amp/pre combo and the source was a Sonus.
Sad part is that they cost 2,800 bucks for a pair. Oh well, one can dream.

You can try a pair of CM5's for 1,500. They are not the PM1 but they sound great.
