Blade Runner - yet another release on March 12 2013

Just noticed this on High-Def Digest.com, releasing on tuesday. Priced on Amazon for $15. I thought the 2008 release of multiple discs would be it for quite a long while. I can't find any info on why it's being released again, it's called the Final Cut, which is the same name used in '08. Anyone have any inside info?

I was blown away by the movie when I saw it in the theater in '82. I went back and saw it another couple times. A few years later, when movies could first be rented on VHS, you couldn't buy them. Then when you could buy them the cost was prohibitive. So I rented it and my father-in-law had a VHS camera, and I was able to make a crude copy onto a blank tape. Then I bought it on VHS when the costs started to come down. Then when DVDs first came out I bought an awful transfer. When it was remastered as the Director's Cut I bought it again. And then there was the '08 rerelease. And now this one. I think my wife may divorce me if I buy it again...

    Do you have a link? I didn't see a new release on 3/12 on Amazon.

    sure thing - here's the link to High Def site and the 'buy now' button takes you to amazon if you're so inclined. Neither has a lot of info - in fact the amazon info is all about the '08 release.

    Looks to be a single disc version of the The Final Cut, same movie in the Five-Disc Complete Collector's Edition.
