Anyone ever been to this store? I'm going to be in Tampa next week, always looking for good deals on vinyl. Worth a visit? There are three locations, I'd be looking to possibly visit the one that's in Tampa.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.

I've been to the Tampa location, but it had to be over 20 years ago. At the time they specialized in speakers and speaker repair.

Don't think I'm venturing out to St. Pete or Oldsmar on this trip, but planning on relocating to Tampa next year, so these are good to file away!

sound exchange is a good place for some vintage equipment and a large assortment of cd and dvds. They have some vinyl but the prices seem high me for the quality of the records, and the selection isnt that great.

The place in the oldsmar flea market is great. Its called KingFish records. Huge selection Great prices. he has boxes and boxes and boxes of 2 for 5 records. They arent always in pristine condition, but if you look you will always find a few gems. After a nice cleaning I am more then satisfied with the sound.

Rainy day today, so I went to go check the place out. Cool store, definitely a dying breed. Came out of there with a nice little haul:

Carly Simon - No Secrets: $0.99
    Loggins & Messina - Sittin' In: $0.99
REO Speedwagon - Hi In Fidelity: $0.99
Bob Seger - Night Moves: $0.99
Rod Stewart - Foot Loose & Fancy Free: $0.99
    Robin Trower - Live: $1.99
    CSNY - Deja Vu: $1.99
    Rolling Stones - Goat's Head Soup: $3.99
    Bruce Springsteen - Live 1975-85 (5LP): $4.99
    Allman Brothers - Eat A Peach (2LP): $7.99
Paul Simon - Graceland (new 180g vinyl still sealed) - $19.99

Total bill including tax - $49.10. The used vinyl is all in excellent condition. A lot of it appears unplayed. The guy even gave me a few mailing boxes to pack the records in when I told him I was bringing them home on a plane.

    Great shop!
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.
