I am considering replacing my Polkrti8 with Polk rti a7. Mostly used for music. Are the a7 more natural sounding or not as brite as the rti8. I have to turn the treble down to -o4 set to small. Not looking for more base I have PSW 505 sub. running Harman Kardan AVR645 amp. . This actually sound pretty good but I can get a great deal on used a7 rite now.

You would do better posting this in the speakers section.

I have had both. Currently I have the RTia7's. The 7's have a better high and low but the 8's have a real nice punch and a sweet sound for home theater. I changed out of the 8's because my wife did not like their looks. It's your ears.
