Picked this up over the weekend! Vast improvement over my PSW505! Its an SVS PB10-NSD :cheesygrin:
Front- RTI A7,(powered by ADCOM GFA 5500)
Center- CSI5,
Surrounds- RTI 6 and Rear Surrounds- TS 15.
TV-Panasonic P55ST50
SUB-SVS PB10-NSD and PSW505
Receiver- Yamaha Aventage RX-A2000

    I got it for $220. Seller wanted $300 originally but I talked him down. The sub can get really low.

    Yea...I definitely wasn't planning on buying a sub but I couldn't pass this deal up.

    Haha...no not at all. Bought it from what seem an older pacific islander/Asian gentleman. Really nice house in a nice neighborhood. To top it off the thing thwarts my poor psw505 in the low end performance.

    How are you liking the Yamaha Aventage RX-A2000 ?

    can you comment on how much better the 2000 will sound compared to my almost entry level RXV 465?

    I ran the auto mic setup with the knob at 1/2 level. From there I let receiver do its thing and I just bumped the level up a bit in the settings menu.

    I love my Yammie. It has plenty of power and can accommodate just about every user. It would definitely be a step up from your entry level Yammie. The difference is almost night and day.

    I may have you beat. Found an SVS PC on my local CL for $500. Looks like an Ultra in the pic's. Waiting confirmation email from seller as his description was somewhat vague. Not posting a link 'cause if its a PC Ultra I'm all over it!!:mrgreen:

    Any recommendation on crossover settings? Currently have everything @80hz. Should I set my mains @60hz? just curious as to what you guys would do or recommend. Thanks. This sub is a beast BTW

    That is exactly how I purchased mine. Local CL find. I got my PC Ultra for $375 a couple years back. He had 2 but I didn't have the funds at that time. I'd love to find another one just to even out the room symmetry.
