I just wanted to give kudo's to Ken on the Polk technical support team for helping me out today! Awesome job Ken, that is why I will continue to buy Polk products! I'll update this thread when I get the replacement amp in and installed.

+1 they have fantastic customer service and that's a big selling factor for me. Had the opposite experience with Onkyo and they won't ever get my business again, i've referred many friends and family to Polk and they've all been very pleased.
