Rotel RCC 1055 or RCC 945 CD player

I am looking for a Rotel RCC 1055 or Rotel RCC 945 CD player in nice shape.

I currently have the RCC 945 and I like it a lot and I hear that the RCC 1055 is an upgrade.
I am looking for either one of these Rotel models for a 2nd stereo system.
