Reclining Sofa (DFW Local, quick sale)

This is a bit strange for a typical forum sale, but we've got new furniture coming and I need to get this one gone and am desperate to move it along.
It's a reclining sofa in a light brown microfiber material. Both ends recline to an almost fully laid back position and use the parachute style handles that I actually prefer. We bought this a couple years ago at Havertys. There are no tears, stains, or defects of any kind. It looks and feels exactly like it should, a sofa that's been used for two years and extremely well cared for the whole time.
Why am I selling it? Well first off we want to go back to leather, I thought we'd like microfiber better so we switched but I definitely prefer leather. Secondly, I want a sofa with power recliners.
Here's the deal then...$200 local pick up in Las Colinas
I know furniture doesn't hold it's value, but this couch even used is worth twice what I'm asking. However...we've got new furniture on the way, and I need this gone by Wednesday. I simply do not have room for the new couch and this one to coexist even temporarily in our place, so this one needs to be gone soon. This sale is not a Polk exclusive or anything, I've got several feelers out trying to move this along, first one to speak up gets it. I don't expect to sell it here, but with the urgency is getting it gone I'm not going to limit my options, hence the post.
