I just noticed that my Onkyo 701 does 175wpc at 4 ohmms...
Hmm.. Perhaps I already have something to power a pair of LSi9s or 15s.. hmm...
On a similar note.. I heard the 9s the other day, and I was impressed. However, I think they might be lacking a bit on the bass. Oppinions?

For two channels, 9 will have enough low to make it very pleasant to listen to, in fact, it is better than most bookshelf speakers. For HT, you definitely will need a sub to complement it.I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

Yea it would just be for stereo.
I have been planning to continue building up my vintage setup. Using two Marantz 250s to power a pair of 15s, or something.
I dunno, even if my Onkyo is enough for the 9s, I don't know if I'd be happy with just the 9s. And I dont want to add a sub.
