ok i have a 2ch amp and a sub with dual 2ohm voice coils. i want to run the amp at full power. can i just run the +- from one channel to one voice coil and the other channel to the other voice coil? then both channels would be putting out full power right? the amp is 2ohm stable and i think it is 4ohm stable bridged.

run the " - " of the 1st coil to the " + " of the 2nd coil...
then run the " + " of the first coil to the " + " of the amp's BRIDGED output.
run the " - " of the 2nd coil to the " - " of the amp's BRIDGED output.
then you're runnin full powerThe Artist formerly known as PoweredByDodge -
1 DVC driver with Voice Coils in Series
Connecting the two voice coils of the driver in series (+ to -) will result in the following impedances:
Dual-6 Ohm Subwoofer: 12 Ohms
Dual-4 Ohm Subwoofer: 8 Ohms
Dual-2 Ohm Subwoofer: 4 Ohms
