Karma time!

Set of Vintage SDA Plates that utilize a NL2 connection! :)

This is from the scratch and dent batch but it is an "A" grade. (I will attach a picture of the one you will receive!

All you must do is either -

A) Like the Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/Vr3Mods

or

B) Sign the guestbook - http://vr3mods.com/SubmitFeedback.php

then respond here letting me know what you did AND why you love SDA speakers so much! :)

I will pay the freight and the parts, if you want to ship me your terminal cups to be switched out I will do that as well at no charge! We can discuss that after the fact.

Anyways, attached below is the plates and mock up of the plates outfitted.

This will end February 28th!

I like them because they disappear into the room and articulate the music so darned well.
I have yet to find my favorite SDA, but mine are not too shabby both SDA2a and SDA1 signature are highly modified and sound pretty good. Just waiting for the funds to step up to 1c, 2.3, 2.3tl, 3.1tl or 1.2's if the price and funds meet.

Trey will a 90' input to the NL2 get in the way of the binding post?

It should not get in the way if you connect the SDA first, then the binding post connections.

    Trey:

    Great Karma but not in.

If you ever do another run of plates let me know as I would like a set for a future upgrade of my RTA 11TL's but I want a pair without the SDA connector cut-out.

    Thanks Guys!

As far as the NL2 cut out goes -

I can have personalized engraved plates made that will line up with the screw holes and will screw into place over the cut out. You will simply have to add hot glue to the back to seal it! :)

Good to know you could do that, but the OCD in me would want it without the cutout lol, I know I am a PITA sometimes . Its no worries and this is RAD that you got the plates cut to begin with.

Anyway lets leave any additional discussion to PM's so as not to muddy up this AWESOME KARMA THREAD

In thats case man put me in. I thought you just had the A1 set that was without the cut-outs and I saw that one sell lol....

(Already liked the facebook page, so I submitted feedback on your site )

I love the wall to wall sound the SDA's produce as well as just how loud they can get with no distortion at all

I liked the facebook page. I like the full, rich sound, the SDA effect, and also the economical price relatively speaking. Thanks, great karma.

    Trey,

When you first started this quest of upgrades I will admit I wasn't sure about some of the things you were doing ( I didn't understand ) but you my friend have pushed yourself above the rest with grace and attitude!! And I mean that in a good way..

Polkie of the year award goes to you this time around IMO!!

    Peace!!

    I second that nomination.

Trey's work is awesome, and for guys like me, irreplaceable. For those of us do not have the skills and knowledge to do much of the work necessary to bring our vintage Polks into the 21st century, it is essential to have a man like Trey, in whom we can place complete confidence, advising us as well as doing work for us at very reasonable prices.

Very nice Karma Trey! I am signed in. I love SDA speakers because of the wide, deep and detailed soundstage. My SRS 2.3s are the best speakers that I have ever heard in my system. Very affordable and there are many inexpensive, and expensive upgrades that can be performed.

I signed and liked.. You're worth it!

Anyway, I am a bigger fan of the RTAs...but only because I have had almost zero ear time with a good set of SDAs. Hopefully, things will fall into place over the next few weeks and I will be able to add a pair of SDAs to my collection to learn first hand what I have so far only heard from others.
