I'm looking at the Paradigm PW-2200. Should I get the new version or the older version and save me some money. The new version has a bigger amp than the old one, will this be a huge diffrence?
Main System:
Denon AVR-2805, Polk Audio RTi70's, Polk Audio CSi40, Polk Audio FXi50, Paradigm PW-2200 v.2, Toshiba 42XV545U HDTV

Second System:
Denon AVR-1705, Polk Audio R40, Polk Audio CS245i, Polk Audio R15, Paradigm PS-1200a

I would say go for the older version (if you are going to save a good amount of money). The difference on the new would probably be the output at the lower frequencies. This should only make a difference if you listen to classical music (if you do, you may want to consider a sub that would reach down further into those regions). For that, you should consider Hsu or SVS.

The old version was 250 W and the new is 400 W. It should be about a 2 dB difference. Audition both if you can, and if you cant tell the difference get the older version. Also check out the 400 W pw 2100, it should be similar but with less extension than the 2200 but I dont know how much cheaper it is.
